Thermal Shock Test Chamber
How well does your product stand up to the shock of extreme thermal temperature changes?
Tenney Environmental thermal shock test chambers use temperature extremes to simulate sudden environmental changes for assessing product durability and reliability. Designed for thermal shock testing in industries such as electronics, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and consumer products, these chambers rapidly transfer products between a cold and hot zone by means of a pneumatic carriage transport system.
Tenney's thermal shock test chamber lineup includes the Thermal Shock Junior (TSJR), WSP, and TS2 models, featuring chamber sizes ranging from 0.25 to 8 cubic feet. Chambers are engineered with temperature ranges from -65°C to +200°C and rapid transition times as fast as 10 seconds, depending on the model. Tenney's thermal shock test equipment is designed to meet MIL-STD-202G Method 107G and a variety of other test specifications.
